I
turned into a corner street yesterday!... I had walked into an unclean area of
my path and was stunned!... at the site of sin!...the disrespect of statements
spoken!... the decay of
stench more than day old filth!...abandoned by hope and faith!...easily the
decision was to turn around!...and to hurry my walk!...but I asked myself!...if
Jesus was here what He would do?... So boldly I prayed!...I prayed with tears
and passion!...I rebuked!...I asked for forgiveness!...and ended with “in name of Jesus Christ”… and walked
away. At a distance not far from my
encounter I heard someone that was listening from the group. Where do you go to church?... I smiled and
was overcome with reflection. It only
takes one to hear and change the world. I
responded “come on I’m headed there.” It
was not my personal church but it was a church that had a sign out front. Jesus lives here!… Supposed I had not
stopped to pray?...Supposed I had reversed my direction?...
God
of Heaven and Earth!...I’m here bowed at yur feet!...with praises!...gratefulness!...and a thankful heart!...time and time I've been here
bowed at yur feet!...and there’s no greater joy than right now!...this
moment!...than to be here giving thanks to rise with the mist of morning
dew!...and giving thanks for U wrapping yur loving arms around me while I
crossed over my troubled midnight!...Lord God!...U put undeserving grace and
mercy over the new day!... guiding my path with promise towards my purpose!...
Lord God!...U are the One truth!...God of my life!... U’re dominion!...U’re all
powerful God and King!... Lord God!...U’re my everything!... there’s no greater
love!... Lord God!...I can’t imagine my life without U!... with out U!... I
would fail!...drift like a ship without a sail!...Lord God!...there’s no life
without U!...I don’t know how I would be!... where would I go!...I need U!...I
need U!...I need yur presence!...I need yur blood!...I don’t know what I would
do!...Lord God!...so glad I have yur promise!...never to be forsaken!...or
never to leave me!...Lord God!...U’re the air I breathe!...I’m fully depended
on yur faithfulness!...I kno!... Lord God!...Jesus lives here!...with me!...
Jesus lives here!... in my heart!... wheew!…
Holy God!...awesome God!...I’m so glad!...so glad Jesus lives here!...with me!...
…wheew!…I praise U Lord God!...I bless U Lord God!... hallelujah!...
hallelujah!...for all that is good is through U!...
...by the authority of my Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ!...the power is yurs!...let the glory be yurs!...my life is
yurs!...in the fullness of yur grace!... I’m asking U to keep me in yur
presence!...in the precious name of Jesus!
