Enemies encamped around me!... there’s no wall around to protect me!... I tossed and I turned!... skies settled with blackness!... no shelter from the arrows of the ugly words of the day!... every moment is threatening with the raging wind and rain that won’t end!... I fell to my knees!... I prayed in my midnight hour!... not knowing which way to turn!... or which way to go!... but Lord Jesus!... whatever U do!... keep yur peace wrapped around me!... the peace that surpasses all understanding!... Lord Jesus!... U died on Calvary!... from a tree to behind a rock!... yur precious blood U shed!... so glorious!... so marvelous!... yur blood is healing!... so precious U are!... my Jesus!... I thank U!... I love U!... U know I can’t thank U enough!... yur blood is forgiving!... yur blood is for living!... how glorious!... how marvelous U are!... yur blood is saving!... Lord Jesus!... yur blood is redeeming!... yur blood U keep on giving!... U hung there for me!... U’re loving!... Lord Jesus!... let this day!... be worship and praises for U!... I had to crawl to start my day!... I had some heavy burdens that weighed me and I struggled to keep going my way!... I prayed if I wrong!... forgive me!... and I will make it right!... dress me with yur grace for my new day!... lead me with the words of yur promises!... guide my feet around the unexpected!... keep all harm away!... Lord Jesus!... wrap yur loving arms around me!... when I face the arrows of my day!... protect me!... even if U have to hide me behind a rock!... like David!... yur blood is loving!... yur blood is forgiving!... Lord Jesus!... I’m carrying U!... throughout my day!... don’t let my enemies’ triumph over me!... U made me a promise!... I put all my trust in U!... U said if I trust U!... I can live through every situation!... when I didn’t see my way!... I’m trusting in the blood of Jesus!... wheew!...
Now Father!... my Lord!... Christ my Jesus!... I thank U for what lies ahead and is unknown to me!... but is well known to U!... I choose to rely on yur strength and yur word that guides me step-by-step!... I trust that U will go before me and take me to the next level!... in the Most Powerful!... Matchless name of Jesus!... this I pray!...
