My arms raised!... I’m bowed with humility!... I’m here with praise!... for our God Almighty!... my time may seem short!... but I’ve been here before!... and I couldn’t give enough!... He touched me this morning!... with the peek of the new day!... the night still waits!... for the morning light!... any pains or stains from my yesterday!... has been covered by the Blood of Christ Jesus!... Lord Jesus!... wrap me in yur arms this day!... lead me by the words of yur promises!... guiding me over and around any stumble that tries to get in my way!... for I’m drawn into yur arms!... to dwell with U is my only heart’s desire!... U wrapped me in yur loving arms of care over my midnight!... safe I slept!... no harms or cares!... interrupted my rest!... here on my knees Lord God!... cleanse me with fire!... and purify my heart!... Lord God!... draw me close Lord God!... draw me closer than close!... draw me closer than I’ve ever been!... into yur arms I’m drawn more than I’ve ever been before!... Lord God!... I want to be close!... closer than I’ve ever been!... Lord God!... wrap me in yur arms!... let yur peace rest with me!... draw me closer!... when harms try to enter my day!... keep yur mercy and yur grace!... over the way I take!... grant favor for the steps I take!... when the tears come!... let them be tears of joy!... let no sadness come my way!... take me to that secret place!... that place is where I want to be!... take me in yur presence!... wrap me in yur arms!... hear my cry!... I want to be where U are!... when I get weak!... strengthen me!... when I fall behind!... come get me!... Lord Jesus!... let me be where U are!... hold me when I stray!... keep yur light over my path!... let blessings grow like flowers!... and bloom over my day!... Lord Jesus!... I want to be closer than close!... I want to be where U are!... I’ve tried it on my own!... and the deep waters wanted to overtake me!... here’s my close!... here’s my shout!... U’ve done it before!... Lord Jesus!... do it again!... place of shelter!... place of safety!... take me there!... to that secret place!... wrapped me in yur arms!... drown the shadow!... there’s nothing like yur presence!... wheew!...
Now may the Grace of God!... the Love of Christ!... with the sweet communion of His Holy Spirit!... Rest!... Rule!... and Abide in us!... all of our Father’s children!... for now!... and forevermore!... until we can gather again!... I trust that U will go before us and take us to the next level!... in the Most Powerful!... Matchless name of Christ Jesus!... for this I pray!...
