My morning rises!... over the horrors of my midnight!... thoughts of danger and harms!... that I crossed over!... only one way that happened!... by the only true God!... wrapped in His loving arms of care!... safe in His arms!... my bible says!... for in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion!... in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me!... He shall set me upon a rock!... I bowed here on bending knees!... arms stretched wide!... for the joy and purpose that comes my way today!... because the Lord is my Shepherd!... I have everything I need!... He lets me rest in the meadow’s grass!... the purpose and promises He gives!... for the chores of my day!... He leads me beside the quiet stream!... restores my failing health!... feeds me plenty!... more than enough!... He helps me to do what honors Him the most!... Lord my God!... yur grace!... yur mercy!... overflows my way!... that’s why I’m safe!... safe in His arms!... my failing health He restores and helps me to do what honors Him the most!... Lord my God!... this is why I’m safe!... not by my might!... but by yur power!... my foes aimed arrows at me!... my friends said some ugly words to me!... my loved ones didn’t know!... where my love comes from!... and the strength I need for my day by day fight in my burden land!... the billows roll and the rage of storm!... I am glad!... so glad He hides me!... from the storms of life!... when I can’t find a place to rest!... it’s He that hides me!... and I’m glad!... so thankful!... I’m safe!... from the rocks thrown at me!... when the arrows are pointed my way!... I’m safe from it all!... in His arms!... is where I rest!... wheew!...
Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ!... according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations!... according to the command of the eternal God!... to bring about the obedience of faith!... to the only wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ!
