I’ve come this far by faith!... I’ve leaned on our Lord thy God!... for my strength!... and my life!... I don’t believe in fairy tales!... I guess I’ve outgrown them!... that doesn’t mean I don’t believe that something bigger than me!... I’ve seen the hospital rooms!... doctors say sorry there’s nothing more we can do!... I’ve never seen a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!... I got a promise that I can hold!... in the middle of my struggle!... God will take care of me!... Lord my God!... if U said it!... U will perform it!... Lord God!... this is what I’m going to do!... I’m going to wait on U!... for I’ve tasted yur goodness!... trusting in yur promises!... So I wait!... I wait on U Lord God!... my path may look far but I’m staying close to U!... the hills I see are steep and no clear path to climb!... I’m staying close to U!... my time on my knees!... praying U stay close to me!... is all I need!... my new day waits for the morning light!... ready my day Lord Jesus!... for all through my new day!... I’m placing U ahead of every step!... every turn!... I take!... my road is not always easy!... there’re bumps that get in my way!... this is why I pray!... remove the hinders!... render the barriers!... let nothing stand in my way!... for U’re the God Almighty!... every head must bow!... and let U lead the way!... for there’s one thing know!... U’ve always been true!... I’m waiting on U Lord God!... for U will renew my strength!... wait on the Lord!... it's not about my time!... it’s His time!... He’s the one that stopped that car from running into me!... He’s the one that had that tree fall the other way!... instead over my head!... soothed my path not yet determined!... and placed joy and happiness at the end of my day!... I’m waiting on U Lord God!... I am waiting on U!... I’ve tasted yur goodness!... U straighten my crooked road!... I trust in yur promises!... for U do what U say!... yes Lord God!... I’m going to wait on U!... this is where I close!... I was in barren land!... U pulled me out and blessed me with more than enough!... my sickness went away!... at the wave of yur hand!... when I was in the deep water!... U saved me!... U extended yur hand!... said come and walk with U!... that’s my shout!... my praise is every day!... not only for what U do!... but for who U are!... again I’ve trusted yur promises!... I’m going to wait on U!... wheew!...
By the love of Christ!... my Lord and my Savior!... I thank U for what U are doing in our lives!... and about to do!... like Paul said!... when I’m weak!... U my God!... U’re strong!... I ask that U give me strength to carry on!... and forevermore!... until we can gather again!... I trust that U will go before us and take us to the next level!... in the Most Powerful!... Matchless name of Christ Jesus!... for this I pray!...
