My Lord and King!... I come bowed and arms stretched wide!... I come trusting in yur word!... U’re the creator of everything!... yur love sets the captive free!... at the wave of yur hand!... the night gives way to the fresh day!... filled with brightness and yur ever-flowing grace!... I lay my trust in yur hand!... my trust lays in yur path!... storms may come and go!... every battle I fight!... U win for me!... it’s U!... who keeps my feet planted on solid ground!... U’re so good!... and yur love is everlasting!... I stepped on a wrong turn!... U caught me before I could fall!... I stumbled in some chaos!... that grew into misunderstanding!... and U placed light over the issue and clarity now covers the purpose and the plan U have for me!... most of all Lord God!... yur love was in the middle of it all!... only U could lift my head!... my heavy load!... U took over and carried!... placed love around my day!... even when the storms threatened and the roar of thunder!... barged into my path!... I kept U in front!... leading my way!... I felt I could barely breathe!... life’s issues crushed down on me!... I felt I had met my capacity!... I felt so afraid!... life had me pinned down!... I thanked U Lord!... for keeping me!... what I went through!... U brought me out!... cleaned me up!... healed my pain!... the hurt nobody knows!... U pulled me out of the rain!... covered my way!... toward the light!... soon the darkness!... to come behind me!... Yes Lord was my cry!... yes Lord is my prayer!... continue and keep yur loving arms of care around my new day!... for this I pray!... wheew!...
